CORENBERG® Supplement Essentials ships its products to customers in all EU countries, in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, UK, and in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Other countries on request.Shipping is free for all our products.
Your order will be shipped as insured parcel by DPD for Germany and all other EU countries (delivery time 1-3 working days), for Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, UK, and other Non-EU-countries by Österreichische Post AG. Our products are shipped from our warehouse in Vienna, Austria. When the delivery leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with your shipping number and a link to the website of the shipping service provider. This allows you to track the progress of the delivery at any time.
Should you prefer a particular shipping service, we will take this into account if possible. Simply enter a corresponding order note “Shipping please by …” in the checkout or send us a short email to service@corenberg.com after you ordered.
We are also happy to ship to packing stations in Germany (by post/DHL). Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer here. When ordering, provide the necessary data for delivery to the desired Packstation as the delivery address (your name, your PostNumber, the number of the Packstation, the postcode and the city of the Packstation).
Delivery times:
The delivery time for Austria and Germany is 1 – 3 working days from receipt of payment, Europe-wide it can take slightly longer depending on the local shipping service. Please refer to the respective product page for product-dependent exceptions. The legal delivery time is 30 days.
